The Elevated African Woman

From Overlooked To Poured Into At Work

& At Home

Let’s be honest ...

The burden is heavy.

That lingering ache for someone, anyone, to finally understand your daily fight to keep it all together at work and home cuts deep, leaving you wrapped in a blanket of fatigue, anxiety and overwhelm

  • You’re in a relationship but you find yourself constantly distancing yourself to protect your heart.

  • You have a career, but you can’t ignore the bitter sting of pouring your best years into a company that takes you for granted.

This can’t be the dream your younger self manifested when she set her cap to the sky and plunged into adulthood.

  • Yet here you stand – overlooked, overburdened and dangerously close to extinguishing that bright inner flame.

  • You crave (and deserve) happiness, fulfillment and success. But barriers unique to us have stacked the deck against achieving harmony in your career and relationship - cultural norms, patriarchy, family dynamics, limiting beliefs drenched in childhood trauma - all external strongholds few mentors and coaches recognize and talk about.

  • So, you stay silent, toiling at work and yearning for promotions never given.

  • You cling to one-sided relationships, trading pieces of your heart, hoping to force a connection.

  • As weeks become years of running in place emotionally and professionally, that flickering inner flame dims even more. And resentment at always fighting to be seen, heard and understood creeps in.

But what if we told you 2025 holds something different for you – a way to rekindle your inner light? What if we told you there’s a way to unleash your inner elevated woman, connect with a partner who truly values you and secure a career where you’re acknowledged, appreciated, and celebrated?

Testimonials

From Crushed to Celebrated at Work

Hi Tabitha,

I stumbled upon your Elevated African Woman Conference on Facebook and immediately resonated with everything. I attended all the sessions, actively engaged, and frequently exclaimed Amen! as the truths landed. When you introduced the Career Acceleration Club (CAC), I knew it was a sign. I enrolled and paid upfront.

You see, I’d been passed over for five promotions - yes, five - including one where I even wrote the job description! I was crushed, dealing with physical ailments, and questioning my worth, even though I was confident I was qualified for roles above me.

The CAC gave me invaluable tools. I followed your guidance, completed the activities, joined live sessions, and actively engaged on the Facebook page. The burnout assessment and DiSC helped me gain valuable self-awareness, and the AM/PM work was a true game-changer.

During a recent company restructure, I was initially excluded from the new organizational chart. I decided to stay positive and I focused on gratitude and affirmations while continuing my CAC work. Two weeks later, I learned they had created a NEW ROLE specifically for me - a dream promotion aligned with my strengths and

passions.

Now, I’m working toward my next ideal role with renewed confidence and clarity. THANK YOU, TABITHA. MAY GOD CONTINUE USING YOU AS A VESSEL TO ELEVATE WOMEN. - Elizabeth

From A Toxic, Decade-Long Situationship to A Healthy Marriage

Stepping boldly into 2023, I set out not just to date, but to find a healthy, mature man for a meaningful connection, after a very toxic past relationship of close to 10 years and 3 kids. A relationship that left me confused, drained and lonely despite having someone in the house with me. A relationship that made me feel like I had lost myself.

I joined Jacinta’s Self Love and Femininity class and learned about healthy relationships. What I learned was not only enlightening, but it also transformed my life.

I met the love of my life shortly afterwards but meeting a healthy man was only the beginning. Navigating the complexity of receiving healthy love (especially overcoming self-sabotage), was a whole new ballgame.

The first healthy relationship after a series of toxic ones is not easy, but Jacinta was there to guide me through it. And guess what, in the summer of 2024, I got MARRIED to this wonderful man!

I couldn’t have shifted towards healthy companionship without the Self Love and Femininity coaching. I now embrace femininity while navigating challenges with grace and compassion. Thank you, Jacinta! -

From Burnout and Dreading Mondays to Loving Work

Last year, I was stuck in my career—burned out, frustrated, and dreading Mondays. I kept getting promoted into roles that didn’t interest me, and I had no clarity about the path I wanted to take. When I decided to
look for new work, the big question loomed: “What role truly fits my skills, experience, and interests?” I had no answers.

I attended the Elevated Woman class, where Tabitha mentioned the Career Acceleration Club (CAC). Having experienced magical changes from a previous 10-day career challenge with her, I knew CAC was the key to my
clarity. I enrolled immediately.

My goal was simple: gain career clarity and land a role that ignites my passion. Through CAC, I crafted a thematic vision and a rallying cry: “Land a role with responsibilities that light my soul on fire.” I followed
Tabitha’s teachings, including AM/PM work, building my brand, and identifying my unique value proposition. Slowly, everything became clear.

While pregnant, I faced the stigma many women in Kenya experience—companies hesitant to hire pregnant employees. But Tabitha’s meditation prayer kept me grounded and focused. In December, a new role was
created at my company. By January, my boss tapped me for it, knowing I’d soon go on maternity leave. The role was perfectly aligned with my passions and came with a raise. Tabitha’s negotiation lessons gave me the confidence to negotiate further, which paid off.

The work energized me, and the burnout disappeared. I passed my probation during maternity leave, with the negotiated raise confirmed. Now, as I prepare to step into leadership responsibilities, I know exactly what
roles I’m meant for and how to negotiate for them.

Over the past year, my career and life have transformed in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Thank you, Tabitha, for the heart-led, transformational work you do. I’ll always recommend you to my network and look
forward to your leadership classes as I grow into my next role. God bless. - Rosemary

From Miss Independent to Soulmate Love

𝖨𝖿 you met me, you’d think I have it all, great career, financially stable, a desirable address, big German machine, catching flights on holidays.

For some reason I gravitated towards unavailable men, men with “wife issues”, men separated from their wives, divorced men who didn’t want marriage again, just something convenient. Yet I craved a solid relationship, one I could call my own, a family and dare I say children.

Jacinta helped me unlock my self-limiting beliefs, heal and forgive my younger self who’d dated a guy for 5 years that repeatedly cheated on her and forced her to call off her wedding. I learned to truly love me, get my self-esteem back, to know that I was worthy and deserving of love.

I slowly learnt to get out of my head, to stop overthinking, to embrace my feminine energy.

Then I met the love of my life. He’s everything I wrote down in class; available, communicates, listens, spends time with me, is consistent, kind, generous, respectful and makes me feel secure.

I also asked for an effortless relationship, one that I didn’t have to work hard for, I’d already done that for 5 years in my previous life. I just wanted to lean back and be loved.

Last Saturday when we met for our morning walk in Karura, right as we turned up the 5km trail and he supported me up, he looked at me and asked…. “What do you think of a February wedding?”. And it just felt right, calm and peacefully right, like the universe had aligned.

Jacinta was more than a coach; she gave me myself back. - Chep, Physician

From Stuck to Landing her Dream Job

I met Tabitha when she and I were taking another class on FB. I (and others in our class) saw the gift that she had as a career coach. I promised myself I would join her classes when I found the time, as I felt stuck
in my career.

I finally joined CAC in late 2023 and it’s been an amazing journey. My mindset toward life’s challenges, my family, and my career have all been changed for the better because of lessons learned from Tabitha! I even
started working out and have kept it up for the entire year of this program!

Tabitha encouraged us to place our ‘steak orders’ – our specific career goals. I was scared because I’d been disappointed multiple times before and had considered lowering my expectations for career
fulfillment. Even so, with Tabitha’s encouragement, I wrote my specific steak order in faith and reflected on it, saying it aloud every morning.

Long story short, Tabitha’s lessons, reflections, and encouragement resulted in me accepting an offer for the job of my dreams a couple of months ago! As with everything else, it was a journey. I shared with
others in class when interviews did not convert and was encouraged to keep going. Best of all, I got to celebrate with the ladies when I finally – finally - landed my dream role. I am excited and feel confident going into the next chapter in my career journey equipped with the tools provided during CAC.

Thank you, Tabitha, for giving so much of yourself to us. The journey continues for me, so I’m not saying goodbye but see you next time. May God continue to bless and keep you.

Sincerely, - Sheila

My 22-Year Marriage Went Through A Major Transformation

I joined Jacinta’s program a year ago because I was tired of trying to figure out what was so wrong with me despite the many podcasts I was listening to and yet I was not able to fix myself, my marriage, my kids and my extended family.

I was a classic auditioner, a people-pleaser with no boundaries. My definition of self-love was so convoluted. I was the daughter that was told she would never get married.

I auditioned for marriage; I was the girlfriend that cooked and cleaned, all while working and a fulltime college student. I was always so defensive. I would get triggered and stay triggered for days.

Throughout the class, I learned to self-regulate instead of flying off the handle. I learned to say no. I stopped being meek and an emotional basket case. Something I had not learned throughout my 50 years.

Last year, for our 22nd wedding anniversary, for the first time, my husband planned a trip for us, which was a huge surprise. I appreciated the gesture which left him speechless. In prior years, he had said that I did not deserve to celebrate an anniversary.

I cannot stop smiling, even when I feel like I am going back to my old self. I have the tools that allow me to shake it off. I am so in love with myself. - Charity, Project Manager
